2. Description of Service
SophieFlow is an AI-powered social media management platform that provides content generation, image creation, scheduling, analytics and team collaboration tools. Features vary by subscription plan.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@sophieflow.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use SophieFlow to create or distribute spam, misleading content or illegal material
- Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the SophieFlow platform
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
- Use automated means to access SophieFlow beyond the intended API usage
5. AI-Generated Content
SophieFlow uses AI to assist in content creation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. SophieFlowAI LLC is not responsible for any AI-generated content you choose to publish to third-party platforms.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create using SophieFlow. By using our service you grant SophieFlowAI LLC a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. SophieFlow's software, design and technology remain the exclusive property of SophieFlowAI LLC.
7. Connected Social Accounts
When you connect third-party social media accounts to SophieFlow you authorize us to access and manage those accounts on your behalf according to the permissions you grant. You remain responsible for compliance with each platform's terms of service.
8. Subscription and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice
- Billing is handled securely through Paddle
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy available at sophieflow.com/refund-policy. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all paid plans.
10. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond our control.
11. Data and Privacy
Your use of SophieFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy at sophieflow.com/privacy. By using SophieFlow you consent to the data practices described in that policy.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity or abuse the service. You may cancel your account at any time from your settings.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SophieFlowAI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of SophieFlow. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email and by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of SophieFlow after changes constitutes acceptance.
