1. The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our platform. If you are a first-time subscriber and find that SophieFlow does not meet your marketing needs, you are eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial purchase.
To qualify for this refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Your request is submitted within exactly 14 calendar days of your first payment.
- You have not exceeded 25% of your allotted monthly AI Credits (Text or Image generation). This protects our platform from users who generate bulk content and immediately request a refund.
- You have not violated any of our Terms & Conditions (such as generating prohibited content).
2. Subscription Cancellations
You have complete control over your subscription and can cancel it at any time directly from your SophieFlow Account Settings dashboard.
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your account will not be billed upon the next renewal date.
- You will retain full access to all SophieFlow premium features, including your remaining AI credits and scheduled social posts, until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
- We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. (e.g., If you cancel on day 10 of a 30-day billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining 20 days).
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are offered at a significant discount compared to our monthly plans. The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to the first 14 days of an annual subscription. After the 14-day window has passed, annual subscriptions are strictly non-refundable.
If you cancel an annual subscription mid-year, it will simply not auto-renew at the end of the 12-month period, but no prorated refund will be issued for the unused months.
4. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Renewal Charges: We do not refund automatic renewal charges. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date if you no longer wish to use the service. We send an email reminder 3 days before annual renewals.
- Terms of Service Violations: If your account is suspended or terminated by our team due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., spamming, scraping our API, generating illegal/NSFW content, or abusing client approval links), you forfeit your right to any refund.
- Unused Credits: AI generation credits that are unused at the end of a billing cycle are non-refundable and hold no monetary value.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We urge you to contact our support team to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised, your SophieFlow account will be immediately suspended pending the resolution of the dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks ("friendly fraud") will result in permanent bans and may be reported to payment processing authorities.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to billing@sophieflow.com from the email address associated with your SophieFlow account.
- Include your invoice number and a brief explanation of why the platform wasn't the right fit for you (your feedback helps us improve!).
- Our billing team will review your account usage to ensure it complies with the 25% AI credit limit and process your refund within 3 to 5 business days.
